Main House

Main House has five connecting rooms available for either breakout, brainstorming or quite areas. 

• The Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 in conference style seating, or 130 for a formal seated event. The room overlooks the glorious surrey countryside and has direct access out onto the extensive lawns.
• The Old Staff Dining Room can be arranged either as a meeting room or as a licensed bar.
• The Drawing room is set with comfortable furniture, open fire and window seating.
• The Billiard Room is able to accommodate around 25 people, depending on seating style and is ideal as either a meeting or staff training room.
• The Long Gallery with fantastic open fire is generally used as a meet and greet or registration area.
• The Orangerie is furnished comfortably and is used as a staff room for up to 40 people, with coffee machine and flat screen television

Performing Arts Centre 

The Performing Arts Centre with its large Foyer has a 308 capacity auditorium and back stage area.  Suitable for conferences, productions, concerts, speeches, and countless other options.

The auditorium can be set up in three different styles - thrust, end on and in the round.  The chairs can also be completely removed to provide additional massive floor space.

There is a lighting rig with 72 channels and fully computerized lighting board.  The sound system includes a 16 channel mixing desk, graphic equalizer with CD and mini disc facilities.

The stage measures 9 metres by 8 metres, which can be extended or reduced.  There are 33 line hemp sets that can take up to 100kg.

There are male and female dressing rooms inclusive of shower and toilet facilities.  There is level access for wheelchair users and the relevant facilities.

The box office situated inside the building is available for use, as is a fully licensed bar.

Classrooms

We can hire in excess of 20 classrooms at any one time, all have whiteboards, most have interactive white boards and televisions.

Music School 

The Music School has a large auditorium leading to individual practice rooms, pianos and teaching rooms.
